Payment method verification depends on the deposit methods you used to top-up your account.
Please note that payment verification can take up to 1 hour. However, it usually takes much less, ranging from 10 to 15 minutes.
Bank cards
Bank cards include both debit and credit cards. We accept both physical and virtual cards.
Physical cards
Upload the bank card(s) from both sides:
Cover your security code CVV/CVC.
Your full name, expiry date, and first six and last four digits of the bank card must be visible.
The bank card mustn't be expired.
All four corners must be visible on the photo
The photos must be of good quality. Please avoid blur and glare.
Virtual cards
If you only have a virtual card, you can provide a card statement where personal details are visible. Generally, the following information must be visible:
Full name (name, last name).
The card's expiry date.
The card's first six and last four digits.
However, sometimes, a card statement is unavailable due to bank/e-wallet limitations. In these cases, a simple screenshot of the card can suffice. Please cover all unnecessary information, such as middle digits and a CVV/CVC code.
E-wallet
E-wallets include Neteller, Skrill, EcoPayz, Jeton, etc. To verify your e-wallet:

Upload a screenshot of your wallet with this data visible:
Name
Surname
E-mail, although for Perfect Money, EcoPayz and Jeton, an account number is required instead.
The image quality is good and in colour.
Sometimes, aligning all this information on a single screenshot might be impossible. If you are currently on mobile, try to find such a screenshot from the Desktop.
Voucher
To verify your voucher deposit, please provide a screenshot from your account if you have one.
The following information must be visible:
Name
Surname
E-mail
However, if you don't have an account with the voucher provider, please upload a bank statement in original PDF format for the last 3 months.
Bank transfer
To verify your bank transfer, please provide a bank statement in original PDF format.
To successfully verify your bank statement, the following information must be included:
IBAN
Name
Surname
Issue Date or Bank statement period. The document must not be older than 3 months.
Crypto wallet
Unlike traditional payment methods, crypto wallets do not have to be verified.
